Maleny Country Estate COVID-19 UPDATE
Please read the below update carefully before booking.
Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our guests and team. We’re committed to ensuring your time with us, is as safe, comfortable and stress free as possible. We understand… the best laid plans are quickly turned on their head at the moment. If you’re feeling unwell or showing any signs of illness please stay home.
Maleny Country Estate follows all Queensland regulations and complies with the current public health orders in Queensland. Currently we do not have restrictions or vaccine requirements and welcome all guests. HOW WE’RE KEEPING YOU SAFE
All shared spaces are sanitised regularly and numbers are restricted to ensure social distancing. We’ll also ask you to check-in so we can keep thorough records.
Contactless Extras Delivery:
If you have added firewood, cots or highchairs to your reservation we will ensure these are made available in your suite before check-in. If additional items are requested during your stay we will have them delivered to your suite and a message sent to let you know they have been delivered.
All team members wash and sanitise their hands regularly. When required they will also be wearing masks.
AROUND THE GROUNDS
We still want you to have an amazing and memorable stay with us. Our accommodation has been designed to be a private experience for all guests and are positioned 50-100m apart, meaning there will be little impact on your stay.
We are very lucky to have such expansive grounds meaning it is unlikely you will come into close contact with other guests. If you do, please respect social distancing and ensure the safety of you and your guests.
